Our products are all stitched and handmade to order to keep the leather safe and fresh. We aim to deliver the jackets within a time frame of 7 to 10 Business Days.

We pride ourselves in making the best jackets. We use genuine cowhide/sheep leathers making our jackets durable to stand up for many years.
Return & Refund
Can I return an item for a refund?
No, we do not provide refunds. However, items can be exchanged or a store credit can be provided upon return. Store credit can be used anytime and lasts forever.
Order Tracking
How to track an order?
As soon as the parcel is dispatched and picked up by the courier, an email confirmation will be received by you from the courier company with a link and a tracking number to track your order.
Order Cancellation/Changes
How can I cancel/change the order?Β
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of order being placed. Please email us at hello@theleatherharbour.com for any changes.
If there is a particular item you wish to purchase but is no longer available on the website, please contact our team at hello@theleatherharbour.com where we will inform you on whether this item will be restocked.
Difference in Color
Why the colour seems different to the product listed on the website?
A) Please note that the color of our leather products may appear slightly different in person than it does on your computer or phone screen due to differences in lighting and screen resolution.
Additionally, leather is a natural material, and each hide may have its own unique characteristics and color variations. We do our best to accurately represent the color of our products in our product photos, but please allow for some variation in color. If you have any questions or concerns about the color of a product, please contact us before making your purchase.
